The prices do not include shipping cost. Our shipping terms according to the Incoterms 2000 are FOB San Jose, and it means the shipping method and forwarder shall be selected by customer and shipping costs are being charged by forwarder to the customer account.

LIMITED POLICY
All ArWest products (excluding batteries and cables) are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Batteries and cables are warranted for a period of 90 days. See the product documentation and ArWest Standard Warranty for full details.
SERVICE POLICY
Warranty Repairs. In accordance with ArWest Communications warranty repair policy, products requiring repair should be returned to ArWest Communications. Prior to returning any product for repair, a Return Material Authorization number should be obtained from the Customer Service Center. The Return Material Authorization number must be placed on the exterior of the shipping carton for the returned product to be accepted. ArWest will repair or replace any warranted product and ship it to the customer.
Non-warranty Repairs. Products out of warranty but requiring repair should be returned to ArWest Communications. Prior to returning any product for repair, a Return Material Authorization number should be obtained. The Return Material Authorization number must be placed on the exterior of the shipping carton for the returned product to be accepted. ArWest, after customer’s acceptance of repair and return freight costs, will repair and return the product to the customer.
